Briana is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and is a 1997 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, and a 2000 graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor degree.

Briana has served as legal counsel to the Massachusetts Chapter of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Association, and has drafted legislation and lobbied for the National Alliance For Mental Illness. Briana is a member of the New Hampshire Collaborative Law Alliance and enjoys membership on the Board of the Children's Musuem of New Hampshire.

Briana served as an Clerk Intern for the Massachusetts Housing Court, and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Douglas R. Gray, (Retired), Associate Justice of the New Hampshire Superior Court.

Briana is an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University and an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Massachusetts School of Law At Andover.

Steven was admitted to the New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts Bars as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire in 2002. Steven is also admitted to practice before the Maine Federal District Court. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Maine State Bar Association, and The American Inns of Court.  

Steven is a 1998 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, and a 2001 graduate, Cum Laude of the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover. During law school Steven served as the Director of Technology for the Massachusetts School of Law, where he developed the schoolís technology infrastructure, launched the schoolís online learning program and designed the schools web, print and multimedia publications.

Steven served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable H. Philip Howorth, (Retired), Chief Justice of the Nashua District Court. He has written for the Massachusetts School of Law, Law Review, and aided in the publication of the Massachusetts School of Law publications, The Long Term View, and Lyle Dennistonís Supreme Court Report In Depth. Steven was appointed by New Hampshire Governor John Lynch to the Governor's Lead Paint Poisoning Prevention Task Force, in 2006.

 Steven currently serves as a Board Member of the Rental Property Owner's Association and The Charles C. Doe, American Inns of Court, and is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Massachusetts School of Law At Andover.
